Hi @spowell16
Thanks for posting here.
That was a CSS problem that happened in our last release and it should be fixed sometime this week, though it is a holiday here in the U.S. If you’d like the fix quicker, please contact us with a link to this forum thread here:http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/contact/
Hi @sas40
Can you please try searching using Ctrl + F or CMD + F? That’s how I was able to find the string.
Please try that and let me know if you run into more issues.

When I go to the link provided, I do see one listing active on the site. Should I be seeing something different? If so, we would like to troubleshoot this issue with you further.

Hi @sas40
That is a great question! That’s something we can consider for future development, but not something the plugin allows for today.

Thanks for your question.
Yes, the discount is applied before the payment is sent to the payment gateway for collection.
I hope that helps.

That’s something we can consider for future development, but not something the plugin allows for today. We’re definitely considering it for inclusion, but we don’t have a specific timeframe when it will be available at this time.

In reply to: [Business Directory Plugin - Easy Listing Directories for WordPress] ModerateHi @sas40
Thanks for your question.
You can change a setting in the plugin that will allow you to review the listing before it is published. You’ll find that setting under Directory > Settings > Listings > Post/Category Settings > Default new post status. Just change that to unpublished and you’ll be able to review listings before they go live.
I hope that helps.
Hi @moonyell
There is a setting that controls who can respond to a listing. You can either leave it unchecked, and anyone can respond, or you can require registration to respond.
The setting is under Directory > Settings > Listings > Contact Form.
Hi @sas40
Glad you were able to resolve this!
Thanks for getting back to me on this. Can you please give me some example strings so we can investigate further?
We appreciate your help here.

Hi @sas40
Thanks for your post. I can help you here, no problem.
You can add the category parameter to that shortcode so it would look like this [businessdirectory-listings parent=catid]
Replace catid with the category ID of the categories you want to show on the page.
All of our supported shortcodes are listed here: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/knowledge-base/shortcodes/
I hope that helps. If there’s something else I can help you with, please let me know.

We do try to include as many translations as we can in the plugin, but we rely on native speakers to contribute those. If you are interested in being a contributor or a translator, please do let us know.
You can see our progress on translations on WordPress.org here and you can submit suggestions there: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/business-directory-plugin/
The handbook for translators on WordPress is here: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/glotpress-translate-wordpress-org/ and will get you started.

We’ve been seeing some issues with versions of PHP older than 7.x. Can you please try updating to a newer version of PHP through your hosting company?
If that doesn’t help, we would like to troubleshoot this issue with you further.

Hi @jdema
Unfortunately, with our hefty feature list and our ongoing support work, we lack the bandwidth to do that kind of customization for sites. There are a few great resources to help you out here.
1) Codeable has WordPress expert developers available for short-term projects
2) Tilden Tasks does longer WordPress tasks, but they break it down to 1 task per day.
3) Upwork (formerly known as oDesk) to help out if you think this is beyond your current skill set. There’s a lot of decent folks on there as well.Best,
~Bobbie
