In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Failed to connect to FacebookHi @sunspots,
Are you looking to use the same Business Manager, Pixel, Catalog, and Page across two-three sites?
Here’s my understanding of the scenario:
Site A (example1.com) and Site B (example2.com)
The plugin can be successfully connected to Site A OR B – by following the Authentication process, selecting the Business Manager, Pixel, Catalog and Page.
However, when you:
1. Connect Site A
2. Connect Site B to same assets
3. Site A has an error:‘Heads up! Your connection to Facebook is no longer valid. Please click here to securely reconnect your account and continue syncing products.’This is a restriction on Facebook’s end, not allowing 2 different sites using the exact same assets.
So… how does this plugin support connecting facebook and woocommerce on multiple sites using the same facebook profile?
This may be possible by using different Facebook pages from the same account.
I hope this helps clarify.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Whoops, looks like something went wrongHi there,
Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID.To solve this, first, I would suggest navigating to https://<yourdomain>/wp-admin/options.php and confirming that “wc_facebook_external_business_id” is not blank and does not contain non-Latin characters.
This is a common cause of the problem you are encountering.
If there are non-Latin characters, please update the field and then try to connect to Facebook again. You can check more details here.We have seen cases where deactivating and re-enabling 2FA for the private/business account solved the problem.
Keep us posted!

In reply to: [WooPayments: Integrated WooCommerce Payments] Stripe keysHi @awais300,
How to access the secret key with WooCommerce Payments, or where API keys are stored in DB by the WooCommerce payments plugin?
With WooCommerce Payments, we don’t expose those keys to the merchant. All the authentication is done through the Jetpack connection.
If you need access to API keys, you may want to go with the Stripe plugin.
I hope this helps clarify your request!
Best.
Hi @jeffca,
Are you having this problem with variable products only, or both simple and variable products?
Can you please confirm your Facebook for WooCommerce active version?
Did you sync the products previously to the catalog before they were excluded by category?
Looking forward to reading from you – Thanks!

@elitinis please give that a try and keep us posted.Thanks.
Hi @grayzen,
Sorry for the misunderstanding of the error message above. These 2 error messages often happen for some related reasons.
Something went wrong. This may be because of a technical error that we’re working to get fixed. Try reloading this page.It sounds like there is a confusion still going on due to the first account you attempted to connect to.
Please ensure you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using
Next, Go to
business.facebook.com > all tools > business applications. From there, uninstall the WooCommerce Integration and add it again. Then go back to
WooCommerce > Facebookand click “Get Started” againLet us know how that goes!
