I think I managed to fix the problem. Go to business.facebook.com > all tools > business applications.
Uninstall WooCommerce Integration and add it again. Let me know if it helped.

I found these solution after reinstallment:
Go to this page
https://yourwebsite/wp-admin/options.php
Then find wc_facebook_… fielnds and check if you have your facebook catalog ID, Pixel ID mentioned. After I put them there the plugin finally connected
