Is this value supposed to be updated automatically once we set the product visibility option to hidden? Or we should edit this setting manually product by product?
Since the Facebook for WooCommerce does not claim compatibility with the plugin you are using to set the product to hidden, I recommend setting the product manual to sync and hide.

When you sync it, give about 15 mins to check the results.
For the top seller product, if you face any problems, let us know. We will look into it further for you.

I changed my woocommerce website to woocommerce multisite (network) and does this have an effect for this?
While the documentation doesn’t explicitly say one way or another, we have seen successful installation of the Google Listings & Ads extension on WordPress Multisite without any issue.
Are you getting any error message? If yes, could you please share a screenshot of the errors you’re seeing?

You can use backup if you have any backup plugin, or ask your host if they can bring back your site to some days back with backup.
Otherwise, you can choose to proceed with the translation again.

Enabling enhanced WooCommerce within the GA settings is the required step in order to track sales.
Tracking is also not typically instant, it can take a few minutes or hours before data is shown in GA.
