If that did not help, there is a way to manually delete the entire catalog.

When I mark a product as out of stock in my website, it still shows as in stock in the Facebook shop and Catalogue.
A scenario where I have seen this problem occurring is when you have more than 1 catalog connected to the same shop.
Can you confirm this for us?
Also, please confirm your Facebook for WooCommerce version.
On the second issue illustrated in the screenshot below, it looks like that is a parent product, and its variant.

I don’t use Facebook myself and I am doing this for a client (I built her website) – quick question
It’s possible that the Facebook connection didn’t set up correctly due to permission.
Here are a few steps you can take to fix this:
- Ensure that you are both the admin and owner of the Facebook assets
- Confirm you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using
she has several Facbook Pages – should I maybe try to connect one of the others? – if I do can it be changed later?
You should be able to connect to the Facebook assets where you have ownership. It’s possible to change it later.

Can you please share a screenshot of the error message you are getting when attempting to submit a ticket?
When I put through a test order it did not sync with my shipstation though. I imagine because the domain I used, and authentication code were for two different sites.
By authentication code, do you mean the auth key? If yes, the auth key should be different for 2 different domains.
Are you using the same database by any chance?

Can you please disconnect the 2 sites and try reconnecting again? During the connection process, try to choose different assets (Facebook Page) for each site.
