In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Connect Google Account cURL error 60Hi @abinakhoul,
It seems that WordPress loads its own CA Bundle, which contains the expired certificate.
cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificateWe have seen this error with other users, but it was due to a Jetpack connection problem. Jetpack does not issue SSL certificates, so we aren’t able to fix that for you. The SSL certificate was most likely issued by your web host, so they should be able to fix that.
Once Jetpack is able to verify the site’s SSL certificate, it should be able to connect to the site.
I hope that helps clarify things for you. If you need more help with that, please tell us the URL of the site you are trying to connect to Jetpack.
For the context, you need jetpack connection in other to connect your site to WordPress.com which is required for the Google Listings & Ads connection.
Additionally, you can share this tool with your web host to check your SSL: https://www.sslshopper.com/ (it has an input field to enter the site URL at the bottom of the page). From there, you will see if the server’s certificate chain is complete.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Content_ID with Pixel Retargeting AdsHi @mbelle92,
I’m glad to know you are enjoying the Facebook for WooCommerce so far.
With Facebook for WooCommerce, you don’t have to assign Content_ID manually, this is handled by the plugin.
Content ID will take from SKU of the product, if an SKU is added, otherwise, FB for WooCommerce will take the post ID of the product.
I’m not sure if I understood your goal. Do you mean that you want more analysis from Facebook itself or from the Facebook for WooCommerce?
If this is for Facebook, I’d recommend reaching out to the Facebook support team for clues on how to achieve this.
Hi @corvistr,
It seems that the issue you’re having is affecting other users too. We opened a bug report on Github here: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2148.
This bug reported has been since closed. We believe the recent version of the Facebook for WooCommerce has fixed the problem.
Can you please confirm the version active on your site?
Thanks!
Hi @dietredthunder,
I’m glad to know you managed to fix the CSS code and get that to work.
As for your second question, please create a new topic to keep things organized.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Sync errorHi @camilo517,
The out-of-stock products are expected to display as Out of stock in the Facebook catalog, too.
As a next step, please do the following:
From your system status report, ensure your PHP Post Max Size is at least 512 MB. Your host can help you increase it in case it’s below.
Next, visit: Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync and attempt a manual sync (see screenshot below).
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/FQ1LQDAllow 15 mins at least for the sync to completely before looking for results.
Would you please let me know if that worked and what you have under:
WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logsfor the plugin if it did not work? Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Error at step 3 Configure your product listingsHi @pinhinha,
I understand that when setting up the merchant account, you see a blank screen on Step 3 – “Configure your product listing”.
The error messages in the screenshot you share with us below is generic, and it’s not telling us a lot.

Link to image: https://pasteboard.co/hiDG4o0J8x8T.pngHowever, the issue of having a blank page during setup, from our experience, is often resolved by removing old data from the plugin and re-setting it up.
Please navigate to this URL: https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php and look for the field names that start with
gla_, then please empty all of those fields (that are not greyed out), and scroll down to find and click the save button. If you’re still unable to reconnect, please do the following:
– First, backup your database [Important].
– Uninstall Google Listings and Ads
– Please navigate to your phpMyAdmin page, you might want to ask your host about how to access this phpMyAdmin if you’re not sure, and then navigate to the SQL section and paste the code below into the white box, lastly please click Go:
Link to image: https://d.pr/3iYHSw
Full Image here: https://d.pr/3iYHSwThe Code:
DELETE FROMwp_optionsWHERE option_name LIKE '%gla_%';I hope that helps!
Hi @ryanothelo,
Since this is a compatibility problem, I’d recommend finding a plugin that works with the Storefront theme or switch from the Storefront theme to another theme supporting the YITH plugin.
We design everything around the standard coding practices that we’ve given third-party developers. This allows third-party developers to ensure that their plugins or themes are compatible.
I can also recommend the following places for more development-oriented questions:
I hope this helps! I’m also leaving the topic open in case someone else knows how to solve this.
Thanks!

Where exactly are you seeing these errors? Did this start recently?

You can simply drag the image and drop it to generate a link to share. Also, please confirm which version of the Facebook for WooCommerce you have active on your site.

Looking at the error message you shared (see screenshot below), it seems like the site was previously connected to the assets belonging to the

Next, Go to
business.facebook.com > all tools > business applications. From there, uninstall the WooCommerce Integration and add it again. Then go back to
