In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Unable to set up pluginHi @npaladin2000,
Let’s see what is causing this. Is your Facebook in English? If not, please follow the steps below and try the connection again:
- Change your WordPress site language to English under WP Admin > Settings > General
- Change your WooCommerce store currency to USD under WooCommerce > Settings > General
If the problem persists, please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
Let us know how that goes.

In reply to: [Storefront] bigger gallery image ?Hey @freelylw,
I’m checking with @rur165 about the version. I’ll revert to you.
If you are using the latest version of the theme, here is the important part to note:
The thumbnail image size can be adjusted depending on usage. The WooCommerce thumbnail size is set to a default of 600 pixels in width, and cropping aspect ratios can be customized by the store owner.
I hope this helps!
Glad to know that helped!
I’m going to mark this as “resolved”. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
You may also keep eyes on the open Github issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/google-listings-and-ads/issues/1411 for the bug.
Thanks!
Hi @bekot9,
Thanks for sharing the system status report with us.
You have contacted the WooCommerce Payments support for help with the error above, but I did not see the plugin active on your site based on the system status report you shared.
It could be that you are referring to the built-in payment options for WooCommerce core. If that is indeed the case, please create a new topic in: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread. You can also reply to this thread if you have more details about WooCommerce payments.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] How to enable just Conversion API (disable pixel)Hey @oventuri,
I understand you are trying to stop using the Facebook pixel and only run conversion API. However, there’s nothing to set up for the conversion API and the pixel for Facebook for WooCommerce. It works out of the box once the extension is installed and active.
The pixel is also required for the plugin to work correctly.
The same data that flows through Conversions API and the Facebook Pixel is deduplicated based on a unique event ID, so there’s no concern about the same events being double-counted. You can read more about this in our blog post here: https://woocommerce.com/posts/adapt-for-the-future-with-facebook-conversions-api/
This is also covered in the Facebook documentation here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/conversions-api/deduplicate-pixel-and-server-eventsThere may be an advanced coding solution to help you achieve your described use case.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Wrong “AddToCart” value and content_idsHey @jeebuzgross,
Can you please include screenshots to illustrate?
Let us know if we can replicate this from your live site.
Anything about Facebook in the logs under:
WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs?Looking forward to reading from you.
Hi @le9193,
Does the same thing happen with a product create on the site (not imported via https://www.wpallimport.com/) ?
If you haven’t tested it out yet, please do, so we can rule out a conflict coming from the third party plugin used to import the products.
Additionally, please create a ticket as recommended above, so we can request access to your site dashboard.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Products Sync ErrorHi @gastonpage,
I’m sorry to read you are having problems with your store sync to Facebook.
Thanks for sharing the logs and added details. The fact that the same behavior is displayed after deactivating the extension seems to be related to caching.
As a next step, please do the following:
- From your system status report, ensure your
PHP Post Max Sizeis at least 512 MB. Your host can help you increase it in case it’s below. - Next, visit:
Marketing > Facebook > Product Syncand attempt a manual sync (see screenshot below).

Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Sale prices are not syncing properlyHi @charlotte3310,
Thanks for sharing the system status report. I see you are using the latest version of the extension.
To clarify, you’re seeing a field called Sale Price, and the value of the field is equal to the regular price, not the sale price you’ve set in WooCommerce?
If that’s the case, it could indeed be an issue with the WooCommerce Discount sync. Did you set the sales price with the built-in feature of WooCommerce Core, or you are adding it via a third party discount plugin?
I also noticed an important point for the sync from your system status report. The
PHP Post Max Size: 32 MB, could you increase it to 512 MB? Your host can help you increase it.Once that is done, as a test, would you please try the following steps?
- Create a new test product
- Set a Sale Price on that product on the Product Data tab of the Edit Product screen instead of using the Woo Discount Rules plugin
- Check to see if the correct sale price comes in under View more fields
If the 2 points above did not help, I recommend a conflict test, it’s possible that some plugins are conflicting with the Facebook plugin. More about how to do that here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Would you please let me know if that sale price comes through correctly, or if you have any errors in the logs for the Facebook plugin under
WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs?Thanks!
Hi @capbussat,

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Connect Google Account cURL error 60Hi @abinakhoul,
… the issue of “cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired” persists.
Is the CURL call you are doing in PHP code of your plugin is relying in the WordPress bundle certificate?
The cURL call is in PHP code.
The error above is related to changes made to the SSL certificate on WooCommerce.com which may cause issues to outdated browsers and servers.
To fix this issue, usually, you have to ensure that the platforms you are using trust the ISRG Root X1 certificate. That should then resolve the problems you’re having.
I understand this is not your case and the problem persists. As a next step, please make sure you are using an up-to-date browser.
Keep us posted on how that goes.
