Hi @jarkko74,
Thanks for reaching out!
Checking on my setup, the order page is working fine for the Shop Manager role and doesn’t have any permission issue with the latest version of Envira and WordPress.
Sometimes reassigning the user role can refresh the permissions. Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Users > All Users.
- Change the affected user role to something else (e.g., Subscriber) and save.
- Then change it back to “Shop Manager” and save again.
I hope this helps! Could you please let me know if you have any questions?
Thanks! 🙂

Hi @digbymaass,
Sorry for the trouble,
It looks like there might be a conflict between NextGEN Gallery and other third-party plugin activated on your site:
Based on this, I’d recommend either of the following options:1) If feasible, you could deactivate all the activated except NextGEN Gallery plugin on your site. Before doing this, it’s a good idea to create a backup of your site.
2) After you have found the defect plugin, you could reach out to the plugin’s author/support team to share details of the conflict this plugin seems to be causing. They’d hopefully be able to help!
Let me know how it goes!
Hi @gmichaels,
We’re handling this in the tickets you sent to us through our official support channel for the premium version of the plugin.

Hi @nick7766,
Thanks for reaching out,
As the Pagination is part of the paid version of Envira Gallery, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance here
You’re welcome to just include a link to this post if you’d prefer to do that.
I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the WordPress.org support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!
Thanks!
Hi @awf,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The slider image counter is displayed when displaying the image in Lightbox mode, as shown in the screenshot here.
Also, please set the lightbox effect to be Simple Lightbox for displaying the image counter on lightbox mode. For your reference, please check the screenshot here.
I hope this helps! Could you please let me know if you have any questions?
Thanks! 🙂

Hi @digbymaass,
Thanks for reaching out!
While checking on our setup we couldn’t replicate the issue while using the PHP 8.2 and NextGEN Gallery. I suggest you download a fresh copy of the latest NextGen Gallery and, then replace the one from your site’s Dashboard > Plugins > Add new plugin > Upload plugin > Choose File (with the files’ override when being asked) to see if that’ll fix the issue?
Re-installing NextGen Gallery wouldn’t affect your existing galleries.
Thanks!
Hi @1bogdan,
Thanks for reaching out,
Upon checking, the gallery image appears to be normal size in the lightbox mode. If this helps, please refer to the screenshot here.
Moreover, the Magnifying glass added for zooming the image works fine. It zooms the image into a larger one upon clicking on it!
Could you please let me know if you have any questions?
Thanks!
Hi @delta-skies,
Currently, we don’t have the option to display the galleries and image statistics report. I’ve made a note of the feature request, and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
Thanks!
Hi @eochoa,
Thanks for sharing the site link,
NextGEN Gallery does not currently offer the option to remove websites from the comment section. However, you can use the CSS code to remove the section from the comment area.
Please use the following CSS code inside WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.nggpl-comment-form .nggpl-comment-form-url{
display: none;
}Let me know how it went.
Thanks!
