Also, there are no questions from you in WordPress support forum…But I canät see any backup on my dropbox!?
During your connect to Dropbox it was written: “Allow connect to folder ‘WPAdm’ in your Dropbox.”
You have clicked the “Allow” button, otherwise you can’t create backup to Dropbox,
but you did your backup with success and now write your 1-star review…You are difficult… Maybe no one can help you.
Could you explain your problems or questions during communication with support?

Dropbox backup and restore plugin output part of the logs on plugin page, on the screen, during backup or restoring process.
The full backup/restoring logs can be found here:
/wp-content/Dropbox_backup/*.log
and here: /wp-content/Dropbox_backup/tmp/*You get upset when people accuse your plugin of errors? Then deal with them.
It is possible, if you contact our support firstly and not writing such thigs here in review.
Sure, our support staff check not only by our plugin created logs, but also system logs, if it’s possible.
And this all fully free, not like by other backup plugins.Not always the server gives answers to plugin requests, becous each server is configured differently.
In some cases, some users like you
– don’t see the logs,
– don’t understand “how it works”, “why it works so”,
– don’t contact support,
– don’t give access to website.
But, that’s all OK,I understand, it is our work.

– For users, who want to solve problems quickly.
– On many hosting’s no logs available or accessible, but the user need help.
– On many hosting’s the server doesn’t give an appropriate answer for plugin request, but this user also need help.
– Many hosting’s or server’s configured incorrectly, but this user also need help for backup or restoring.
All these people do backup and recovery, and if it does not work, then first of all they accuse our plugin, that has not fulfilled its functionality.Some users don’t see something or simply are mistaken in something, but sure of themselves and don’t making support requests.
Providing of ftp or any other access data is not obligatory – it’s written everywhere, where you see our access request.

You can find your SQL file in the last archive part of backup, if your backup process before was completed with success.
You need to stay the support request first, if you have such questions, but I didn’t see your support request neither in WordPress support forum nor in our support ticket system or in our email requests.
If for any reason you didn’t find the database dump, it doesn’t mean, that it isn’t present in your full backup. We does FULL DROPBOX BACKUP and FULL LOCAL BACKUP, that contain all files, folders and MySQL Database.

Yes, you are mistaken: this Dropbox plugin on WordPress is FREE.
You didn’t see anything about operation cost in the description of a plugin on WordPress, because plugin on WordPress is fully free and autonomous operations with it like backups and restoring are also fully free of charge.
Dropbox plugin is independent from our online service.But why then the admin panel http://www.webpage-backup.com is necessary?

You should not register at this admin panel.
In case, if your site is completely not available at all – you can require the third party control panel for restoration of your website.
Your website must be confirmed at our system to be restored, but if your website is already not available and you need to recover it – confirmation can be dificult. In simple way with help of this plugin your website can be confirmed.
I want to notice, that your account is FULLY FREE and you don’t need to paid for it daily/monthly or something like this.
