In most cases “Code: 0” means, that the server didn’t return any answer to a plugin neither bad, nor good.
Providing of FTP access data IS NOT OBLIGATORY, but if you do this, – our support staff will check your backup process and you will receive a feedback about results.
What about backup logs?
How much backup archive parts was created? Can you approximately estimate whether everything was archived or not?
You can also look in your system logs (if you can), maybe you will find some additional information there.

regarding backup logs,where can i find them?
as for archive parts each time it was different from 197-915 ,i have tried local and dropbox.
