The reason of restoring problem:
You have a limit of MySQL database connections on your web hosting/ web server.Specially for your website we have reduced the connections quantity to one.

Within FREE version of “Dropbox Backup and Restore” plugin from WordPress you are able to do a backup AND restore.
Within PRO version of “Dropbox Backup and Restore” plugin you are able to do a backup AND restore, AND ALSO you can Clone, Copy or Migrate your website to another host/hosting.
Additionally with PRO version you are able to do a schedule backup of website.For both versions (FREE and PRO) you need to use only current plugins, because it’s bugs free and more secure.

This is new user with unknown email address for us.However when someone writes about their pro experience in the reviews that is allowed and is even encouraged.

That’s simple, if someone seeks support for your paid services then you must direct them elsewhere.
And that’s we are doing in this thread, because this is support questions and not review.
