If for some reason it wasn’t complete, please, refer to our support.

and as said, those local backups will never complete

FREE unlimited backups and also FREE unlimited restores!If you have some understanding troubles – please, refer to support forum.
Only if your website is completely not available or you have many domains – you will need some third party control panel to administrate/restore your website. For such issues you can use (don’t must use) our online paid service.

1. Is it possible, that you send the plugin logs to our technical support?
2. Is it possible, that you send your request to support out of plugin, using the “Help” button? It can help us to find part of your logs at our system.
3. Are you using the latest plugin version?
4. How you’ve created your backup? Using standalone plugin or through our service?Much better, if you send this information and all of your questions to support(@]wpadm.com
