Restoration issues

I am trying to restore my website. I created several successful backups. I can see them in Dropbox. I was having a problem of going to the plugin in my WordPress admin, clicking “restore” and getting the message, “Please wait…” and the seconds just kept building, but nothing ever happened. I have connected to Dropbox with the App and key.

But now it’s worse. The backups aren’t showing up in the window to even try to restore. Please help!!
