Support » Plugin: Backup & Restore Dropbox » Doesn’t work for me

  • I installed this plugin on a customer website, to try it.

    It might be a great plugin, no doubt, but I tried the restore 6 times with local AND dropbox, nothing works.

    So now that there’s a problem with the website I can’t use the backup: what’s the point?

    My website is a 5 pages website, nothing special, light images.

    My advice, if you really want to take the risk to use it: do a backup with it, and try to restore it.
    If it doesn’t work, try something else.

    Again, I am sure that it must work for many people, since many seems to use it. I am maybe just unlucky.

    It doesn’t matter how much pages your website has AND doesn’t matter how much times you have tried to restore the website:
    if you constantly do something wrong – it will not work so far you don’t solve a problem.

    3. Support forum here on WordPress pages;
    4. In case of some errors through backup or restoring process on your WordPress you saw pop-up message with logs and error reporting, where you just need to click “OK”, to inform our support team about your issue

    I don’t see any support requests from you neither through Ticket System nor through Email or WordPress support forum.
    As also you have ignored the logs on your WordPress website and error reporting through your restoring process.
    You have begun to write directly from the plugin review.
    Nevertheless you have tried to write so long text about that as everything badly and at the same time not to our support staff, and at once as the conclusion.
    All this forces to think that you not our user, and just the competitor…
