    Hello guys.
    I have been trying to recover my website from scratch with my latest backup and it has been impossible. I have waited for more than 1 hour, for at least 3 times, and nothing happens. I just get the “Please wait… 3000 sec” counter.
    I have the most recent version of WordPress and the only plugin I have installed for now is the “Dropbox backup and restore Plugin”, the most recent version too.
    Please, let me know how can I proceed now. I wrote an email on your support@wp… and haven’t received answer.

    Would you please provide the answer here also, so people having the same issue don’t have to find this and then waste another hour or three waiting for a reply to their email. This post is absolutely pointless without the answer!

    For sure, if this answer could help someone…

    The reason of restoring problem:
    You have a limit of MySQL database connections on your web hosting/ web server.

    Specially for your website we have reduced the connections quantity to one.
    The restore works now and we have restored your website.

    As someone with almost the exact same error, I don’t understand the posted solution. I already have a support ticket opened, wit no answer sofar.

    On each website such behavior can mean not the same.
    That’s why we need to have some more information to answer each of such issues.

    Their reply to my support email was equally unhelpful. I’ve gone back to using updraftplus for now. I still don’t see the point of having this support forum if we still have to email the developer for an answer to a question posted over and over by multiple users. Like I said though, their email support wasn’t any better.
