The following part is not related to the gallery The content of the column is still over 300px, which is weird for the mobile view
Maybe you can try having one column in the footer for mobiles?

2.3 you can select one tag at a time. There is no option to add several tags.
4. we have no possibility for that either

You can publish as many images as you need.Does the gallery you choose for publishing include 34 images?
