In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Use in a pop-upHello @elo8617 ,
The answer to this is most likely the same as the one given to you in this still open thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/block-a-google-calendar-in-a-popup/.
When you resize the page with the pop-up open, it appears. So please try excluding it via your cache plugin and disabling the lazy load, then let us know the outcome.Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for reaching out.We dropped support for Contact Form 7 after version 5.4+, as explained here: https://complianz.io/why-the-wp-consent-api-is-important-a-case-study-with-cf7-and-recaptcha/.
So if you would like to keep it, yes, as nothing has changed since then.I hope this helps.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] PAGE COOKIE (EU) EMPTYHello @maxidg ,
Thank you for reaching out.Usually, when this happens, it comes down to how the theme loads the shortcode or the theme template used. That said, I checked your site, and now the cookie policy is showing! Therefore, your thread will be closed.
We remain at your disposal if you have further questions or issues regarding the plugin.

Thank you for reaching out.I’m sorry to hear this. Can you please check if this issue is resolved by trying to sync the cookies? You can do this by clicking on “Sync” in Wizard > Consent > Cookiedatabase.org. This should synchronize your cookie list in your backend with the one displayed on the front end.
Please let me know. I remain at your disposal.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Block a google Calendar in a popupHello @elo8617 ,
I checked your site and was able to see the issue. There is indeed a white placeholder at first, but if the page is resized, it appears. This is an outcome from the mutation observer and lazyload. You could try excluding that section in your cache plugin and disabling lazyload to check if it resolves the issue.I hope this helps.

AntonioHello @bikegarage ,
Thank you for reaching out.If the YouTube service is selected inside the wizard, it will block every YouTube URL and apply a placeholder. You can disable the YouTube service in Integrations > Services. This way, they won’t be blocked before consent anymore.
I hope this helps.

Thank you for reaching out.We have checked this, and could you please try to disable “Enable cookie blocker for ajax loaded content” inside Settings > General to see if this makes a difference in Firefox?

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Broken Elementor pageHello @mattdss ,
Thank you for reaching out.
The page appearance looks broken before consent because the placeholder is applied in a section were the youtube video is wrapped in the same div as the entire text. Can you please wrap in <div> tags the youtube video and/or use a different block for that? this should solve your issue.I hope it helps.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Manage Consent button on mobileHello @torstenc12 ,
Unfortunately not, Font Awesome is needed to load the icons. AFAIK, Font Awesome does not take up any space at all. You could try using it without downloading, as your theme editor might already implement the Font Awesome font-family.

AntonioHello @itforme ,
I’m really sorry to hear that. It might be the theme at this point. Can you please try to disable Autoptimize and switch to the default WordPress theme to see if it appears?
Hello @caro23081995 ,
Thank you for reaching out.Are you using any cache plugins? It might be the cause of the issue. We kindly ask you to input the new information again, save it, and then clear the cache.
Please let me know how it goes.

Antonio
