Can you please try to enable only Complianz among the disabled plugins to see how the manage consent tab behaves? Additionally, check the “Manage Consent Display Options” located in Consent Banner > General. By default, it’s set to “Hover on Desktop – Hide on Mobile,” allowing users to revisit their choices. How is it set in your configuration?
