Thank you for opening this thread.
Please let us know the time frame for the Google Ads statistics. It is important that the data being compared is in the same time zone and time period.
In the plugin, “Visitors” refers to users who have entered your site, while “Views” indicates the number of pages viewed by those users. For example, one Visitor may only view one page, while another Visitor may view several pages on your site. Therefore, the gap between Visitors and Views in the plugin is natural.
Additionally, we do not record visits made by bots, etc. You can enable the Log Record Exclusions option in Settings – Filtering & Exceptions to see the daily statistics of excluded visits in the Exclusions menu.
We do not have any connection with Google Ads statistics. However, by enabling Bypass Ad Blockers in the settings, we can record the visit statistics of users who use ad-blocking extensions like uBlock or DNS services that block ads and trackers.
I hope this can be helpful to you. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let me know, and I will be happy to help.
Regards,
Hi @adamengst
No, we do not use such an approach.
Please let us know which version of the plugin you are using, and if the plugin is not up-to-date, please update it to the latest version. We have made several improvements in the latest version regarding bot detection, etc.
Also, please check if the bot detection settings in Settings – Filtering & Exceptions have been configured correctly.
You can also enable the Log Record Exclusions option in the same section to record the statistics of bot detection, etc.
I hope this helps you. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Please check if the Referrer Spam Blacklist option in the Settings – Data Sources path is enabled. Also, update the Refresh Blacklist Data by clicking on Update in the same section.
Additionally, in the Robot List in the Settings – Filtering & Exceptions path, enter the name “Amazon Bot”.
Hi @harryl1020
Thank you for opening this thread.
It does not seem that this statistics is related to a bot, but rather to users who are using a VPN.
If you do not want these IPs to be tracked, you can enter them in the IP Exclusions section under Settings – Filtering & Exceptions, so that their subsequent visits will no longer be recorded.
I hope this can be helpful to you.
