    Dear user,

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the possibility of sending Automated Birthday SMS with the WP SMS plugin.

Unfortunately, the current version of the WP SMS plugin does not directly offer the functionality to send automated birthday SMS messages. However, I can provide you with a helpful tutorial that you can use to implement this feature on your website.
Automated Birthday SMS Notifications in WordPress Using WP SMS

This tutorial will guide you through the process of setting up automated birthday SMS notifications using the WP SMS plugin. By following the steps outlined in the tutorial, you’ll be able to achieve the desired functionality on your website.

Additionally, I would like to inform you that we are actively working on incorporating this feature into the core functionality of the WP SMS plugin. In the upcoming updates, we aim to add a dedicated option that will allow you to enable automated birthday SMS notifications with just a few clicks. This will provide a more seamless and integrated solution for our users.

Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We appreciate your interest in the WP SMS plugin, and we’ll be sure to keep you informed about the availability of the automated birthday SMS feature in future updates.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the issue.

    Regarding the first error codes:
The issue occurred in version 14.6, which we immediately addressed and released version 14.6.1 to resolve the problem.
Please proceed to update the plugin to the latest version, which is 14.6.1. If you are unable to update it through the website, you can download the version from the WordPress repository and replace the wp-statistics folder in the wp-content/plugins directory on your host to resolve the issue.

    Regarding the second error:
It appears the problem is due to the incompatibility of your PHP version. We recommend updating your PHP version to 7.4 or higher to resolve the issue. However, we have already resolved this compatibility issue in the development version, which will be released soon.

    Regards

    Hi,

Please enable debug mode in WordPress and tell us the error mentioned in the debug.log file for a more precise investigation of the issue.
Here’s the guide to activate Debug mode in WordPress: Debugging in WordPress.

If you need to downgrade, you can download the previous version of the plugin from the following link:
    Download WP Statistics 14.5.2.

    Hello,
From our investigation, we could not find any conflict between WP-Statistics and UiPress. We suggest that you please check the PHP error logs and also look for any errors in the Browser Console. This may provide more information about the issue causing the white screen on the WP-Statistics page.
If you continue facing the problem after checking the logs, please feel free to share the error details or any additional information that could help us further troubleshoot the issue.

    Hello,

In our latest update, we have added the IP location country in the WP Statistics – Settings – IP Detection section.

Please check if your IP’s country is being detected correctly or not.

Also, please go to WP Statistics – Settings – Data Sources and enable the GeoIP Collection and GeoIP City options, then click on Update Database to update the related database.

After doing this, the visitor’s country should be displayed correctly. If you still have any issues or need further assistance, please feel free to ask.

Thank you for using our plugin, and we appreciate your feedback.

    Hello,

Apologies for the delay in responding to your query. Regarding the issue you are facing, it would be helpful to check if you have any ad blockers like uBlock Origin enabled in your other browsers or if your VPN has any settings to block ads and trackers enabled. These extensions and settings can sometimes interfere with the plugin’s ability to track visitors accurately.

We would recommend disabling any such ad blockers or tracker blocking settings in your browsers and VPN, and then try visiting the page again. If the issue persists, please feel free to provide us with more details, and we will be happy to assist you further.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Unfortunately, the plugin does not currently have the ability to export and import data. However, this feature will be added in future versions of the plugin soon.
Until then, if you need to take a backup, you can export the database tables that start with ‘wp_slim’ and import them after restoring the site backup.
For more guidance on how to import and export table, you can refer to the following link:

Thank you for using our plugin, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on improving it further.

    Greetings,

We have exclusions in our Slimstat plugin that can be managed through Slimstat > Settings > Exclusions.

There is a possibility that logged-in users are not counted as visitors by our plugin, but they be counted as visitors in Awstats.

I would kindly request you to review the plugin settings, specifically the exclusions, to see if that could be a contributing factor to the discrepancy you’re observing between Slimstat and Awstats data.

    Thank you.
