All visitors are unique, and each visitor is counted every day. This means that the visits of visitors are counted as unique each day.

We kindly recommend enabling the “Bypass Ad Blockers” option located in Statistics – Settings – General.

Please let us know what the current setting of the Tracking Mode is on the sites for which you have provided the links.
Also, please change the Tracking Mode to Client Side on one of the sites that is experiencing issues.

If you are using caching plugins, you need to clear your site’s cache through that plugin once after updating. If you are not using a caching plugin or if your site’s statistics are being recorded without any issues, no action is needed.

Please check that the names of the new tables are the same as the previous ones.
If the tables exist and contain data, they should be displayed to you without any issues.

The statistics of your site are being recorded without any issues. If zero statistics are being displayed to you, please completely clear the cache of your site and browser once and check again.

To resolve this issue, you need to update the Add-on Mini Chart.
We have just released the new version, Mini Chart v1.7.1. Please update it and check if your problem has been resolved?

In version 14.10, the Online Visitors page has been moved to page=wps_visitors_page&tab=online, which is the Online Visitors tab in the Visitor Insights menu.
