Can you be more specific? What steps you perform to switch from what to what, at what point it fails and if there are any error messages?

The settings you gave are the settings I use as I constantly review the log files for PHP errors and warnings across the whole installation so I can address them.
But I don’t always want debugging information in there – especially when its large outputs such as are generated by Appointments. Only if there’s a problem and I need to debug something specific.
Perhaps this is a bigger issue with WordPress? How to distinguish between PHP errors and debugging output?
What I could imagine (perhaps it is too much work?) is a hook (or setting) for Appointments where I can add some code in my functions.php that would disable debug output for Appointments. This is how it is done in some other plugins I make use of.

Ok yes, I see there’s an error generated in the browser logs by Ninja Forms. Thank you for logging that issue with them – I’ve subscribed to track progress.
I believe the iframe loading may be contributing to another error I’m experiencing with Ninja Forms that I’ve already logged with them. I will certainly follow up on it.
For now, not updating to The SEO Framework v3.2.0 is sufficient – I’m taking a very cautious approach to enabling Gutenberg so I only have it in places where the impact of something not working is low. If necessary I will simply deactivate it until Ninja Forms is ready.

Environment is Ubuntu 16.04 with PHP 7.0.x and latest Nginx.
I’ve tested the code change suggested: it’s working and there’s no more error message.

Hi, thank you for your response Yes, I understand what you say.
However, I’m not referring to multinetwork, not multisite as one network. Each network (of sites) has its own Network Admin.
So while the WAF will operate across all sites and networks, the WordFence Plugin will not load for a network where it is not enabled.
I have now disabled it for the 2nd network but am concerned that (WAF aside) WordFence is no longer operating for the 2nd network. My assumption is that this is an issue which may need to be looked into and I’m happy to assist in any way that I can.

I am testing XCloner as a solution and would be interested in this also.
I can imagine selecting another scheduled backup the source of the schedule differential time (or ‘this scheduled backup’, resulting in incremental backups). That way the differential can be from when the last scheduled backup ran.
For example, one full backup scheduled per week and one differential backup from when the last full backup ran (scheduled daily).
I will log as (enhancement) issue on Git Hub…
