We’re trying out and suggesting different things that could potentially show more details regarding this issue or if there are related to other plugins or themes that were highlighted by our devs, as we were not able to replicate it earlier.
I can see from your own plugin code that you are using depreciated methods with EDD announced over a year ago and simply need to provide a fix as soon as possible as this is causing harm to the business.
Yes, we’re now keeping an eye on this. Soon we’d be releasing a fix for this one.
That being said, we’d like to learn more and investigate this issue — further work with you on this. Since you have an active license and for us to help you better, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk. Also, for us to follow WordPress Forum Guidelines regarding premium users.
