In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Can’t update an event after editingHi everyone, apologies for the inconvenience here. We were able to pinpoint that specific browser shows Javascript Errors within the Venue Section, in the admin dashboard, not allowing to update the Events. We already created an internal bug ticket for this, and I added your case. Thanks for all the details. I will definitely pass it along to our devs.
I am unable to provide an exact date or time estimate for when this bug will be fixed, but you’ll be notified when there are any updates.
For now, as a workaround, you could do the following:
- Use Chrome Browser only for Admin Dashboard
- Or, Downgrade to version 6.0.2 or 6.0.3 Accessing and Installing Older Plugin Versions
Best,

TEC-4596Hi @benjaminaw42, yeah, that’s so weird, and I also suspect that it is intermittent. I noticed you’re using WP Rocket.
Kindly follow this article on how to set up WP Rocket with The Events Calendar → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/using-the-events-calendar-with-wp-rocket/.
Let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Show all past current and future events togetherHi @rakesh1974, you could insert it into your functions.php on your theme or use the third-party plugin Code Snippets.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events are being over written via CSV importHi @olnerpsm, sorry to hear about this. We had a similar issue like this before and was resolved by changing the date format. I am curious, could you provide me the date format you used?
Also please include the versions of the following:
1. WordPress
2. PHP
3. The Events CalendarThere are events with the same title, the same category etc but their start and end dates are unique. What is going on? Happy to share CSV if needed.
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to share data as such here in WordPress Community.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Future events not showingHi @druekberg, did the manual updates do the trick for you?
Not sure what happened to the old one, maybe got corrupted in switching from Gutenberg back to Classic editor.
It happens but not as frequently, I am not also sure what triggered it. Good catch!
Thanks for the suggestion though. Someday when I’m brave I’ll set up a staging site. Good idea.
We definitely recommend creating one for testing and trying out different plugins just to be safe.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events template missingHi @turtleclub, thanks for sharing the workaround here. I am not entirely sure about this, and I’d like to confirm it with our devs. But it seems like it is working on your end, which is a good sign.
Also, note that we only partially support FSEs → https://theeventscalendar.com/known-issues/#fse-support.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Link checker complains in event calendarHi @nancyhildebrandt, yikes. Let’s see. I was able to load the page via this URL → https://linncountyswa.com/events/?eventDisplay=past.
Could you confirm that the page loads on your end as well?
Best,
AbzHi @dayesh24,
Writing back to you here. I am curious, by any chance, could you provide me the version of JWT used on your end?
Looking forward to your response.
Thank you,
Abz
