    Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, regarding the upcharge:

    • When using Stripe with Event Tickets, there is a 2% commission fee collected in addition to Stripe’s standard fees. If you are using Event Tickets Plus, this commission fee is waived, and you will only incur fees from Stripe.
    • Doesn’t charge 2% for Paypal.

    As for setting up a new PayPal account, please note that this process is typically managed by PayPal itself. Users need to connect to their existing PayPal account by following the connection procedure and entering the correct email address and password. This should connect to their existing account. A new PayPal account would only be created if no account exists with the provided email address.

    We recommend contacting PayPal support directly if there were any issues with connecting to your existing PayPal account. They can assist in ensuring transactions are directed to the correct account.

    As for the support you received regarding customizations, we aim to assist our customers as much as possible within our support scope. However, I do understand that customization can sometimes require more specialized guidance. While our standard support doesn’t cover extensive customizations, we can certainly provide general advice and point you towards helpful resources and direction.

    We’re also sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered with our helpdesk. For premium/paid plugins and products we are only allowed to tackle it on private forum. This is for us to follow guidelines in WordPress.org free forum. Your feedback about the challenges in uploading multiple files is on our radar, we’re already looking into ways to improve the form and its process.

    Hi @mustanoja, appreciate you providing more information here. Could you try updating to 6.4.0.1? We recently release an Elementor Compatibility fix, that could also fix the issue you’re having here.

    Please let us know if that does the trick. Clear any caching third-party plugins and browser after updating.

    Hi @bigotconsulting, that’s a good question. Should be possible with “Guest” Booking type. Go to Bookit Calendar → Settings → General → Booking Type. Should only require Email and Phone.

I understand the gravity of the issues you’ve faced regarding payments being processed without tickets being issued and notifications sent manually.

We strive to offer a range of features to cater to different user needs and preferences. However, we understand that not all features may be relevant or useful to every user event costs as such. You can leave it as blank if not in use.

    Regarding event repetition or recurring events, this feature is available with our Pro version of The Events Calendar. If you are interested to know more about this feature, feel free to create a ticket in our Helpdesk. We are unable to share more of this here for us to follow forum guidelines regarding premium features.

Our team is committed to continuously improving, we aim to release updates as needed to address bugs, not always with new features but also to ensure compatibility with the latest WordPress Versions.
