In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Prompted for payment with free ticketsHi @stevehanlon, note that free tickets only work with WooCommerce as a provider. On the other hand, Tickets Commerce will not allow the creation of free tickets and it would not work.
Were you able to try it out with WooCommerce? Worth checking as well.

There is already a place where an image will be added there. It will either use the WooCommerce product image or a custom image set in the ticket settings. If users want it to use the event featured image automatically, they can hook into the
tribe_tickets_email_ticket_imagefilter. However, this would require a few more steps to create the image src array that is expected by this filter.Unfortunately, you’d need a developer for the customization here. We would be glad to provide a direction. However, it’s up to our users to implement this on their end.
