In reply to: [WooCommerce] Theme broken after updating WooCommerceHi @tjoller,
Thanks for getting back.
I’ve checked the thread that you have open with the Elementor team and I see that you’re still working with them on the issue – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/elementor-widgets-printed-visibly/
If the issue is that the Elementor widgets are displaying in an unexpected way, we would recommend continuing working with them.
Just to add, even though you’ve mentioned that the issue started when you updated WooCommerce, it could be an incompatibility between the latest version of WooCommerce and the Elementor widgets.
If you will need to download a previous version of WooCommerce in the meantime, you can do so from here (scroll to the bottom of the page) – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/.
Let us know if we can assist further on this side though.
Thanks.
Thanks for checking that @sonic1243.
Sorry, I now see that notice on the Billing Details page, just not on the Checkout page before it .. But it still seams to allow a purchase.
It might be that you’re using a plugin or theme that offers multi-step checkout. That could be why you mentioned only seeing the notice on a Billing Details page. Normally, on a default one-page checkout page, you should see the notification on the checkout page.
For now, you could try disabling the multi-step checkout functionality and see if this notice is shown on the default checkout page.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Students can’t access coursesThanks, @avantiprodu for your explanation, we’re getting a better picture now.
From what you’ve said, it seems that your site crashes when you select a customer when creating a new order from WooCommerce → Orders → Add Order:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/darGq5If it is indeed the case, we may want to check the most recent fatal error logs. The earlier fatal error logs were from LearnPress, but are also dated (July 4, 2022).
Could you go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and click the dropdown to see if you can find the latest fatal error logs and share them with us? They will help narrow down the cause of the crash.
Thanks.
Hi @sonic1243,
I’m not seeing that notice. Is it then the PayPal cart which allows you to continue?
Allow us to check your site to confirm this behavior.
Kindly share with us your site’s URL and a shipping address that’s not covered by any shipping zone or has no shipping method so that we can test.
Thanks.
Hi @kamplugins,
Thanks for reporting this.
This fatal error has been reported as a bug (compatibility with other plugins) and is being investigated here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2394
I’d suggest downgrading to version 6.4.3 and see if that helps! You can find the previous version by following these steps:
* Go to this page – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/advanced/
* Scroll down to the bottom, and you’ll find a dropdown with previous versions
* Download version 6.4.3 then upload it to your site via Plugins → Add NewIn the meantime, please keep an eye on the bug report on GitHub for updates on fixes and workarounds – https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2394
Thanks.
Hi Conor,
Effectively I would like the “express” part removed and it to be more like just a payment option. This should really be an option as part of the plugin.
It seems that you’d like to have the Express payment buttons as options alongside other payment methods. This is possible by default and may require some custom coding to achieve.
I checked and found another thread that had a similar goal but it seems that a direct solution was not found – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-add-apple-and-google-pay-to-the-payment-list/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] product pictures disappearHi @rlbeors,
It seems that you’re having a bit of an issue with product images – they seem to get deleted when you publish a product.
You’ve said:
There is a product, but the picture has become empty by default. There are also no pictures in the media files that I added to the product.
Were the pictures deleted in the media files? If the image is deleted in the media files, then yes, it will also not show on the product page.
If images are being deleted from the media files directly without your knowledge, this may be something you’d want to check with other admins on your site, or your host to see if they can give some insights on what could be happening.
I hope this clarifies a bit.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Products does not get added to cartHi @gaffelbjerg,
I tested on my end, using the Chrome browser on a Mac and I can reproduce the issue.
I tried adding this product to cart – https://rughub.co.uk/product/area-rug-braided-design-jute-150-cm-round/.
However, the cart page says there are no products in the cart:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/iQJXebCould you try testing on a Chrome browser on your end to see if you can replicate the issue? Once you’re able to replicate it, I recommend doing the conflict test recommended by Igor H above.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.Hi @andersonviviel,
I see that Prin S above has given a great suggestion of using the Purchase note, which will be shown on the thank you page and order details page.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/BHWmZ3Just to check, I see that you mentioned:
But I want to put a field on the simple or external product where the user can click after purchasing and it takes them to the purchased post listing.
Does this mean that the main goal here is to sell links to posts? If yes, you could also consider using extensions like PayWall for WooCommerce. If this is something that you would be interested in and you have more questions about, please reach us here – https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
Thanks.
Thanks for getting back @hanifadnan85.
On your Edit Product page, I see that the number of downloads is set to **0**.
You will want to increase that number a bit, say set it to 5, then try ordering and downloading the file again.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/g5hr7oIf the issue still comes up, kindly go to the order page and share with us what you see in this section:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Buttons on cart page not working on mobileHi @isabellevv,
Thanks for the additional info, and some good finds here:
Now, I did noticed something else, but I’m not sure if it’s normal behavior.
When I’m on mobile, I am able to remove a product from the cart page. When clicking on the X (on the product) a transparant layer appears over almost the entire page.
Could it be that this transparant layer is 100% transparant until removing the product and therefore blocking the buttons?Yes, after checking your cart page, I saw that you have this transparent overlay. When I delete it, I’m able to use the buttons on the cart page.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/xLUxtOThe overlay shows that it’s coming from the JS Composer plugin, though I don’t see that in your initial list of plugins that were in the System Status Report.
js_composer.min.css?ver=6.9.0inhttps://www.kyeopta.nl/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/css/js_composer.min.css?ver=6.9.0Kindly try the following:
* If you have Visual Composer currently installed, try uninstalling it and see if it fixes the issue – it could be that it’s clashing with your WPBakery Page Builder.
* If the issue persists, you will want to get in touch with the author of the theme to take a closer look. Be sure to mention that when you switch to a default WordPress theme, the issue no longer comes up.I hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shopping Cart TitleHi @when1,
It seems that you want the product title showing on the shop/product page to be different from the one showing on the cart, checkout, and other pages.
This will definitely require some code customization.
Note that we are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy (https://woocommerce.com/support-policy/). However, I’ll leave the thread open for other community members to jump in with suggestions.
But to get you started, I’ve seen this StackOverflow thread discussing a similar goal of changing product titles everywhere except on the shop and product page – https://stackoverflow.com/a/44994871
I hope this helps a bit!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Missing mail when order is completedThanks @miszka84 for getting back.
(a) Emails not being sent
Normally, when emails are not sent, there are usually three likely culprits and it takes some troubleshooting to find out the cause. The main culprits are:
1. A conflict that’s preventing WooCommerce emails from generating
2. A deliverability issue due to the mailing server
3. A settings issue whereby the emails have been disabled from WooCommerce → Settings → EmailsHere’s a guide to help you troubleshoot all these possibilities – https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/
Please let us know how it goes when you go test using the steps in the guide.
(b) Critical error
In addition, your error logs show that you’re running out of memory:
2022-07-07T07:18:40+00:00 CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 83886080 bytes) w /var/www/marketorio.pl/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/Cache_File.php w linii 119Though these logs are from a while back, I recommend increasing the
WP_MEMORY_LIMITfrom40Mto at least256Mto meet the WooCommerce Server requirements. You can request your host to assist with this, but here’s a guide on how to do it by yourself (if only you’re comfortable)- https://woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/.Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
