Hello,

Memory limit was set to 512mb , reinstalled woocommerce via ftp but the problem still persists.

Hi there!

Typically, issues like these are caused by a conflicting plugin. In order to troubleshoot this further would you mind taking the following steps?

1. Temporarily switch to one of our default themes, such as Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) to ensure that this isn’t a theme compatibility issue. Once you switch themes, can you check and see if everything is displayed as expected?

2. If not, we also recommend deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue at that point. If it does, then you would need to activate each plugin, one at a time, to see if you can find the conflicting extension/plugin.

Hi Mirko,

Witching to Storefront does not solve the problem

Deactivating WooCommerce plugin solves the problem.
Other plugins don’t cause the problem.

When exactly did you first notice the problem?

– updating to the latest WooCommerce version

Have any updates been applied to your website recently?

– after I noticed the problem was with the WooCommerce plugin I updated one other plugin that didn’t cause the problem

Have you changed themes or made design changes?

– I added @media CSS but deleting the custom CSS in in the Astra theme customizer did not solve the problem

Have you installed any new plugins?

– no

Can the issue be replicated on multiple devices?

– yes

Is your problem happening in one browser or all of them?

– other browsers as well. I’ve tried incognito and emptied cache

Do you see a specific error message? Take a screenshot.`

– I have a document with screenshots but how can I upload them here?
if you go to aeipaint.nl you can also see the elementor style messages yourself.

Hi there,

I visited the link you shared (aeipaint.nl) and I don’t see a PHP out of memory error, but I do see some Elementor CSS visible in the content of your home page. Since I see you are using the Elementor plugin along with an extension for it, have you tried reaching out to the Elementor support team and see why the CSS for what appears to be Elementor widgets are being printed visibly?

Have you checked? If i disable WooCommerce plugin there is no problem with the website.

It al started after updating WooCommerce.

Nevertheless, I’ll contact Elementor as well but please have a look.

The screenshots have no value since you where able to check the website.

So far, Elementor didn’t respond but I see more topic being created talking about Elementor issues in combination with Woocommerce widget.

Thanks for getting back.

I’ve checked the thread that you have open with the Elementor team and I see that you’re still working with them on the issue – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/elementor-widgets-printed-visibly/

If the issue is that the Elementor widgets are displaying in an unexpected way, we would recommend continuing working with them.

Just to add, even though you’ve mentioned that the issue started when you updated WooCommerce, it could be an incompatibility between the latest version of WooCommerce and the Elementor widgets.

If you will need to download a previous version of WooCommerce in the meantime, you can do so from here (scroll to the bottom of the page) – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/.

Thanks, I did the rollback to the previous version but… same issue.

I don’t know what to do now.

I spend a lot of time trying to see if I can find something else that is causing it but I’ll guess I will have to wait for Elementor.

Hopefully they will respond soon 🙁

Hi there,

I get no response from elementor since Monday… The visible code is gone however the theme (or elementor) still brakes if i activate woocommerce plugin and I use the Woocommerce carousel that comes with Essential addons for Elementor.

The console doesn’t show any errors that are pointing in any direction. I know my way around with wordpress trouble shooting normally. Would you be able to help me out here?
