In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce paymentHi @divyasinghinfo,
Thanks for the screenshots and screen recording, they offer additional context here.
It is showing me two paypal option on checkout page.
How to remove two Paypal option?I can see that you’re using two PayPal gateways: the PayPal Payments and PayPal Standard. Thus, I would suggest going to the WooCommerce → Settings → Payments page then disabling one of these gateways, mostly PayPal Standard.
When I pay via last option of Paypal then it is showing me this error.
Seems the last option is PayPal Payments. Kindly reach the support team here for further checks on this issue – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-paypal-payments/.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Problemas con WompiHi @mauricio1983,
Apologies for the delay here.
I also found this error, Your server does not have the SoapClient class activated – maybe some gateway plugins that use SOAP may not work as expected.
This error is of significance in this case since SOAP is essential for communication with remote servers. I recommend reaching your host to enable the SOAP client on your server and then check if the issue with the payment gateway persists.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Уберите подытогWe hear you @hoseua.
As shared above, Loco Translate should come in handy with replacing that word with a more preferable one.
Also, is it possible to share with us the exact word, as it appears on your site?
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orders mistakenly linking to customersHi @cooperk937,
Thanks for getting back. Taking interest in this part:
Please be aware that since we made this discovery, we found out that autoptimize was enabled on the site with a cache running. We have since disabled the cache as we thought that maybe this was a culprit.
Caching is a common culprit in many cases where a customer finds items they didn’t place on their cart. What happens is that the caching plugin could have served a cart or checkout page that already contained another customer’s items.
Thus, we’d be happy to know if there has been another case since disabling the caching plugin.
Just to mention, we normally recommend excluding the following pages from caching: cart, checkout, my account. Here’s a guide with more info on configuring caching plugins.
Checking the logs, I see a warning and some database errors.
A non-numeric value encountered in /*/*/*/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-cart.php
This is highly indicative of a tool that’s trying to pass a non-numeric value here. A conflict test would help to find out the tool causing this issue.
WordPress database error Table 'manxtomk_wp634.wpp7_asl_products' doesn't exist for query SELECT id, name FROM wpp7_asl_products ORDER BY name ASCHere, it seems there’s a tool querying a non-existent table wpp7_asl_products. However, the tool that creates the table name is not apparent.
To try and understand this further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout Billing Details already filled inHi @k3x8,
In many cases, this happens due to caching of the checkout page. A caching plugin could have saved the page while it had these details and now each time the page is served, it comes with the customer’s details.
* I would recommend checking whether you have a caching plugin and then purging all cache from it. Next, you’ll want to configure the plugin not to cache the cart, checkout, and My Account pages. Here’s a helpful guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/
* If you do not have a caching plugin, check if your host is doing any caching of sorts and ask them to disable it.
* From there, you’ll want to clear your browser’s cache memory and check if the issue persists. If the issue persists after trying the above, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 9th product gets moved to next pageHi @ritefrederico,
I would first recommend that you check whether the issue persists when you change to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One and deactivate all plugins apart from WooCommerce. If this issue does not persist at this point, you’ll want to reactivate your theme/plugins one by one until you find the one causing the issue.
Here’s the conflict test guide for reference – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/* If the above test does not yield a culprit, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] New arrivals within a categoryHi @mfmdc,
What is the easiest way to direct customers to a page that will show latest products/new arrivals within a specific product category?
I would suggest using shortcodes with a page. For instance, the following shortcode will show the latest products in the hoodies category:
[products category="hoodies" orderby="date" order="DESC"]For reference, kindly check this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/.
I have been trying to find a link query that will work, but have had no success.
Since you mentioned creating a page, I would suggest that you create a link to it, either from text, an image, or a button on your homepage or any other relevant page in this case.
Hope this helps, we’ll be happy to be of further assistance.
