Hoping that it won’t happen again as well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout Page Radio ButtonThanks for the clarification, now I can see the issue!
I clicked on the “Cash on Delivery” text and then an additional fee for Cash on delivery was added to the order summary.
I believe you’re using some type of a plugin that adds fees based on payment method. You’ll want to get in touch with the plugin author to check why clicking the radio button does not trigger the fee.
Hope this leads to a resolution.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout Page Radio ButtonHi @maurotee,
On the checkout page when customers flag the radio button on the COD option it seems to works but does not apply the input value ( extra fees )
otherwise when they click over the “label name” it works.Looking at your checkout page, I did not see any input field for extra fees.

Link to image: https://snipboard.io/14q7vG.jpgHowever, if you’re facing an issue with such a field, I would recommend reaching out to the authors of the plugin you’re using to add this for further checks.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Category display-setting not applied!Hi Jelle,
I visited the linked page and on that category page, I only see subcategories, not products. Thus, it seems that you’ve already solved this one.
If not and the site is still showing subcategories and products on your end, I’d say it’s likely to be a caching issue. Thus, purge all cache from your caching plugin and clear your browser’s cache memory then recheck.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Next available delivery slots previewHi @cangarooo,
Thanks for your patience here.
I’d like to add a feature/plugin/functionality that will allow in the shop page and in each product page a preview of the next available delivery slot(s).
I would suggest taking a look at our Order Delivery for WooCommerce extension.
Another extension you could consider, though it does not specify the time slots, is Estimated Delivery Date & Time for WooCommerce
If you have any questions about these plugins, please feel free to create a presales ticket here – https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Analytic reports: Export failingHi @johnnyzak,
First issue is the link doesn’t open on my mac, but I can download it on my Android phone and then send it to myself.
Kindly try opening your browser console tool then click to download the file. When you click, check for any errors in the console and share them with us.
Second issue is the CSV file is blank.
As a first step, I would suggest doing a conflict test to see whether another tool (plugin/theme) is causing the issue here. Here’s the conflict test guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
* If the above test does not yield any culprits, kindly go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and see if there are any relevant logs you can share with us.
Let us know how it goes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Price display excl. tax / incl. taxHi @emyb,
Price display excl. tax / incl. tax
+
Would it be possible to display a button, so that the customer can choose to display the prices in HT or TTC on the whole site?
Is it possible to clarify HT and TTC. I presume by using these terms, you’re still referring to having a toggle for showing prices with or without taxes.
If yes, the core WooCommerce plugin does not have this feature. However, I’ve found a plugin that advertises this capability – https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-tax-toggle/7796887.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] T&C’s disappear from checkout with version 5.7.1Hi @sbwdblog8,
Normally, WooCommerce adds a link to the T&Cs page on the checkout page, but some tools (plugins/theme) have options like pop-ups when the link is clicked.
Just to check, are you using a plugin to push the terms and conditions to the section above the checkbox when clicked? I ask because when I inspected elements on the checkout page, that whole section is empty.

Link to image: https://snipboard.io/ydCrpK.jpgIf you’re not using any plugin to modify the default behavior:
* Kindly go to Customizer → WooCommerce → Checkout and share with us everything contained in the Terms and conditions box.
* Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Images won’t load in popupThanks for getting back, @auxjoel.
Quite unfortunate to hear that the issue is now affecting more products.
It could be that you have a tool causing this issue and as @maykato suggested above, a conflict test would be ideal. Kindly perform one and let us know what you find.
* If the conflict test does not yield any culprits, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Thanks.
Hi @sophdurham,
Please confirm if I have missed something and this does in fact meet our needs? if not, are you able to recommend any other plugins or am I going to have to go down the path of custom code?
We’d like to discuss further to see if there’s a mismatch between what the plugin offers and what you’re looking for or whether some customizations may be required to meet some of your needs.
Since we’re not able to do this on the forums, could you kindly create a support ticket for the above query here – https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket.
* Just to add, we offer a 30-day refund window. Therefore, you can return an extension that does not meet your needs within 30 days of purchase for a full refund as explained in our refund policy – https://woocommerce.com/refund-policy/.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sales NotificationsHi @elena189,
Thanks for getting back.
Does this plugin allows to save all logs (after the website registration, after buying goods and etc.) exporting them?
The plugin should log all emails generated by WordPress or WooCommerce. So outgoing user registration and order emails should be logged.
That said, could you elaborate on the part you mentioned “exporting them”?
I have done a test order, the email is captured in the logs but it isn’t delivered.
I read the guideline, what should I do in this case? Thanks for testing.
This means that WooCommerce is functioning okay, it’s generating emails but the emails are not getting sent correctly from your server.
Thus, you could try to check with your host on any issues being encountered with sending out emails.
Alternatively, I would recommend that you use an SMTP plugin to handle the sending of emails. Here are some suggested dedicated SMTP providers – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-7.Hope this helps, we’ll be happy to be of further assistance.
Many thanks.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] InventoryThanks for getting back.
The shared Multistore plugin should come in handy. A few other options I found:
* https://wordpress.org/plugins/stock-sync-for-woocommerce/
* https://wooelements.com/products/stock-sync-pro/Feel free to search around for more options.
That said, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. You’re always welcome to create a new thread if you have other questions.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] currency settingHi @wavedocfarid,
Apologies for the delay here.
Thanks for the detailed reply. It seems you went to the WooCommerce → Settings → Payments page, and that’s likely where you’ve come across the WooCommerce Payments configuration steps.
Note that WooCommerce Payments is a separate plugin, it’s not part of WooCommerce core. Thus, its supported currencies are much less than the currencies available on WooCommerce core. Please direct me step-by-step how you got to the drop-down menu for Iran rial/toman.
To change your WooCommerce store currency, I would recommend:
* Going to WooCommerce → Settings. This will take you to the General settings page.
* On the general settings page, scroll down and you’ll find a section called “Currency options”
* You should find the above-shared dropdown in this section and if you search for “Iran”, you’ll find rial and toman options. After clicking another button “enable currencies” appears and says finish setting up WooCommerce Payments. it then shows options for credit card payments. and only shows countries:
Just to loop back to the WooCommerce Payments extension configuration, you can follow the steps in this guide to get started – https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-payments/.
Remember, WooCommerce Payments is a separate plugin all together and it can only be used in a limited number of its supported countries. If you’re not in a supported country, you could disable the WooCommerce Payments plugin from WP-Admin → Plugins. How do I include screenshots in these emails, there is no link for attaching files.
I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Hope this helps, we’ll be happy to be of further assistance.
Many thanks.
