Could you retry setting up the payment gateway by following the steps in this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#section-3?
Once setup is complete, you can check “Enable the Payment Gateway” to have it shown on the checkout page.

I can see that you’re using two PayPal gateways: the PayPal Payments and PayPal Standard. Thus, I would suggest going to the WooCommerce → Settings → Payments page then disabling one of these gateways, mostly PayPal Standard.
When I pay via last option of Paypal then it is showing me this error.
