Most likely you hit it in the middle of a maintenance window.
It uses the v4 portal theme. In the Pro version you can also choose the v5 default theme. We will be adding an option to specify your own theme in the Pro version.

Could you please try to upgrade to version 2.1.0 and see if that helps?

Strange, we did replace the @ by %040 to avoid this issue but somehow it seems to misbehave on your installations.
What browser are you using? Can you try with Firefox as well?1) Not unless you go and edit the code.
2) Say your tickets page is http://domain/tickets, you could create a menu link http://domain/tickets/?zpage=open that will take the user to the create new ticket form.The bug you mention should have been fixed in the latest release, can you check you’ve got it?
