Back to your issue, there is a password reset feature on when you go to the administration portal. Please try that.
Also you can open a ticket at https://www.zingiri.com/go/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=2 without the need to login. Just put a reference to the post here on the forum so I know it’s you 😉

In reply to: [Bookings] Forgotten passwordRolling back will have some side effects. I suggest you roll forward to version 5.0.0 again and open a ticket on our support portal so that we can help you out. We experienced some teething issues with version 5 most of which have now been solved.

In reply to: [Zingiri Web Shop] Error on my wordpress blog when I download Zingiri pluginMost likely a conflict with anothe plugin. Try to activate wordpress debugging and then try to activate the plugin again. That should then display some error messages about where things go wrong.
