Unfortunately I had to stop using this plug in as I couldn’t get an answer to my question. I am now using a similar one (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pagely-multiedit/) which seems to work perfectly.
The equivelant code for <?php the_block(‘name’); ?> needs to go in whichever page template you’re using to display your page content. Give me a shout if you need help with this.
