Thank you.
In further investigating, it appears that it’s likely Wordfence plugin was affecting the plugin. We have set it to “learning” mode for a week (once we did that, things seemed to work again) and will then monitor once it’s done with “learning” mode. Hopeful that fixes it. If not, then there’s some time of conflict with Ninja forms and Wordfence that’s above and beyond that which would require more investigation. I will try and remember to update this once I see if it gets past the learning mode period.Thanks.
Ok, turned it on and put it in learning mode and the form went through. Hoping that works, we’ll monitor over the next week and report back. thanks.
Ok, I was able to get this to work properly using gmail setup I have used with other accounts.
HOWEVER, with 365, the emails send, but again, ALL notifications go to the email used in the 365 setup. That means, any site notifications (like from wordfence) go to that 365 email, instead of to the email listed in the overall wordpress admin area.
So it appears there’s a weird office 365 thing that redirects all mail to that email address, instead of going to where forms and notices should go.
Any other advice?
That’s a from name replacement issue.
Our issue, and it may be due to 365, is that the emails are NOT being sent to the designated email – they are just being sent to the email used in the SMTP settings.
Does that make sense?
Thanks for the reply. But this is just documentation on the regular setup, right?
I am fairly positive I have configured this correctly (have done it numerous times).
The PROBLEM is (and I have never seen it happen before) is that after setting it up (using other smtp as it’s an office 365 setup) every notification from this wordpress site (including the TEST email) is GOING to the email we are USING in the smtp settings. Not to the “to” email.
That means, every notice from wordfence, etc.
Nothing is going TO where the emails should go. The test email (set to go to a separate email) doesn’t go there, it goes to the smtp email. The contact form emails are not going to their designated email, they are going TO the SMTP settings email address.
Any other ideas? Thanks!

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Adding a non-clickable titleyeah, I tried that and it disabled the link, but the cursor turned into a hand as it was a click (just didn’t click anything).
I figured if it was disabled (truly) it wouldn’t even appear on hover as a click.

In reply to: [Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce] Keeping line breaksThank you, but we found another plugin while waiting and was able to make it work with it. Thanks so much.
Done. I have sent a message through that form.

In reply to: [Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce] Keeping line breaksHello, sorry, didn’t see this.
See screenshots below. We are using a paid contact form to gather details. The form shows the line breaks as you can see in the first screenshot. But once we go to use this plugin for printing, the line breaks aren’t there. Form plugin said break should be carried over – and they are, until we go to print.
here’s how the line breaks appear in the completed form: https://prnt.sc/nolwpk
Here’s what happens when we go to print using this plugin: https://prnt.sc/nolwkhSee how it all runs together? The heading of the form butts right up against the entry info.
Let me know if you need anything else and thanks very much!

In reply to: [Schema] Local Business Schema ErrorsBump?
Yeah, I tried that (deleted plugin and files, reset up, etc) – slowness still there and errors still there (didn’t think the errors were related, but figured I’d try it all again). If you have any other ideas about potential conflicts, let me know. thanks!
I appreciate your replies. It’s really super weird, I have tried testing numerous times. When the plugin is activated on this particular site, it can take up to 15 seconds to execute requests. When I deactivate it – not an issue. It’s really odd. Not sure what to do.
This is the error on the sidebar for each post – that’s all I can find:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-my-business-auto-publish/wp-google-my-business-auto-publish.php on line 1855
That same error is listed 7 times.
Thanks! Though I think you misunderstand what I am saying.
I’m not talking about the time it takes to send anything to Google for posting, I am talking about any action on the website. With the plugin loaded, even if I have “do not share post” or on a page, where I don’t have it set to post to GMB, the actual literal site speed is dramatically slowed down (eg. saving page edits, etc). It literally can take up to 15 seconds to execute anything on the site w/o the plugin activated. Once the plugin is deactivated, everything is super fast. We are on a very fast server (siteground) and this just happened after the migration – so my thought was something after the migration caused an issue? Literally, w/o the plugin activated, the site hums. With it activated, everything is very slow. So I thought wiping the plugin fully and resetting it back up may help.
With that clarification, does anything possible change with your thoughts?
I do know, as I have seen on another couple sites, that there are error messages on the posts backend (which you had said in the past to ignore).
I know the plugin hasn’t been updated since the last wordpress update, so just was curious what may be conflicting with this particular site and the plugin (and could only think of trying to fully reset it back up.
Thanks!

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] Errors despite saving to DropboxOk, so even if the files are saved to Dropbox, they hit the server first, so you need to have at least the same size of the files available on the server to process it. If that’s correct, that may be the issue.
