I have tried to replicate the mentioned issue on our staging site where I have added some line breaks while adding the order notes.

Can you please share the screenshots where the content is not displayed properly? Also, please let me know which specific line breaks your clients are using while sending the information.

Hello, sorry, didn’t see this.
See screenshots below. We are using a paid contact form to gather details. The form shows the line breaks as you can see in the first screenshot. But once we go to use this plugin for printing, the line breaks aren’t there. Form plugin said break should be carried over – and they are, until we go to print.

See how it all runs together? The heading of the form butts right up against the entry info.

Can you please provide us the Contact form which you are using on your site? Also, the screenshots of the settings which will be set in this plugin in order to replicate the issue.
