I am having a problem too.
I have a test page: http://jessieharris.co.uk/product-template.
The top button won’t add to cart.
The bottom one will but when you proceed to checkout it loads the homepage again?!?!very strange!
Any ideas?

Also on the checkout page the home page loads halfway down?!?!!?
