It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you read the entire POLYLANG section in the menu order provided. Skipping an item might cause you to overlook something small but key to making things work!

The development team tried to replicate the issue with custom fields and it was possible to import tickets properly (and custom fields not imported). You could share us a video hiding sensitive data to see the issue and send it to the developers.

Yes, we launched an update to the Helpscout importer few weeks ago and I personally tested and worked, but I am not able to replicate the issue. This is why I sent this to the developers and will let you know as soon as there are findings.

Could you try switching you yootheme to a default WP theme and check if the issue continues? This will help to check if Awesome Support has a conflict with your theme. Also please contact your theme provider and send them those error messages to check the code on their side. The error messages don’t throw error messages from the Awesome Support Side so far.

First, check that you have the latest version of the importer: 1.6.0. Secondly, please check the steps carefully, spechally step 3, where the system will give you a URL to add it to the redirection URL app in Help Scout:
1. Enter the App ID, App Secret first.
2. Then click on the “Save” button.
3. Copy this url “YOUR URL” to Redirection URL App.
4. Then click on the “Get Authorize” button.
5. Enter the API Token from Get Authorize page.
6. Then click on the “Get Mailboxes” button.`Thanks.
