Currently we don’t have a way to do that integration. The closest we have is to show the tickets link within the my account tab:

Yes, that information might help for troubleshooting. Also, I see that the information from the debug.log file is related with the REST API. Could you go to tickets – settings – REST API tab and deactivate/activate, click on save and test the results?

Are you reporting that the text and values are not displayed properly or that you need to change the text displayed?
If you need to change the text, you can “translate” the words using different translation solutions:

If the issue is that you put 2 file attachments and it is displayed a different number o number is displayed, please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme until the issue gets fixed. The last one in deactivating is the one conflicting.
