Hi @skrilaxrev,
Thanks for the messages. They say that are from 2019. Could you reactivate the flags for the debug.log file, repeat the test and check the messages? I also tried to replicate on my test site but so far it works ok. The more findings we have here, the better will be for troubleshooting.
Regards.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Issue to ElementorHi @softweblink,
I checked Elementor on a test site and it works as expected, I can edit the page and changes are applied on the page. So, let’s check if you have a conflict with another theme/plugin. Please switch your theme temporarily deactivate your plugins one by one until the issue disappears. The last you deactivate is the one that conflicts. Also, what is your WordPress and PHP versions?
Regards.
Hi @smartdiyer,
Oh yes, currently the plugin changes the permalink to put “product”. Unfortunately, right now I don’t think there is a way to do that. As long as multiple-products and product syncing is turned on, the slug seems to be forced to “product” – it is a limitation of the product syncing process. I’ve added it to our list of things for future enhancements to the plugin.
Thanks for understanding.
Hi @smartdiyer,
Are you using WooCommerce? If so, please check these documentations:
– https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/admin-synchronize-products-woocommerce-easy-digital-downloads/If the issue continues, could you share us the error messages from the debug.log file?
You can also try to switch to a default WP theme and deactivate your plugins one by one temporarily until the issue disappears (to identify the plugin conflicting).
Thanks.

Hi @skrilaxrev,
I created a report to the team to review, replicate and troubleshoot for a next version as high priority.
Thanks.
Hi @wpwench,
Are you using a premium add-on from Awesome Support? If so, please submit a ticket here:

If it is only regarding the free plugin, let’s check if you have a conflict. Please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme temporarily and see if the issue continues. The last you deactivate is the one conflicting.
Let me know your test results.
Regards.

Hi,
Well, by default, the support user role should be able to submit and reply tickets in the front end and the support agent and above roles should be able to submit tickets in the back end. You can also change capabilities using the user role editor plugin. If only the administrator role can edit tickets is because probably there is a conflict with a plugin or theme, and you should need to deactivate them one by one until the conflict disappears.
Here is the table of capabilities per role that might be of interest:
