Submission form BEFORE login form

Hello there 🙂

First of all, thank you for your awesome plugin!
We would like to emphasize the possibility to contact us without scaring our visitors. After a thorough analysis, it turns out that we lose some visitors because they are forced to log in/create an account BEFORE they can write/submit their ticket. This puts many of them off.

So we would like that when a visitor arrives on the ticket submission page, he first has access to the ticket creation form and THEN to the login/registration form.

Is this currently possible? If yes how? If not, is this a feature you could integrate?
