Hi @wpsn,
This behaviour is caused by WordPress. We have a function for forcing single breaks with the Productivity add-on (going to tickets – settings – editor):
You can also test this on our demo site:
If you have more questions about this add-on, you can fill in the form in the link below:
Best Regards.
Hi @kateeba,
Yes, you can activate the flags. Here is an article for debugging:
Also, could you switch to a default WP theme to see if the issue continues? If it continues, could you deactivate plugins one by one until the issue fixes, or if by only having the Awesome Support plugin, Polylang and WooPolylang active?
Thanks.

Hi @vansite,
I apologize for the late reply. Here is the comments from the dev:
This is use hook action which name is “wpas_submission_form_inside_before_submit”. It is called in awesome-support/themes/default/submission.php line 104. (do_action( ‘wpas_submission_form_inside_before_submit’ )
If you issue with marging and paddings, you can custom template the submission.php file and style css for it.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Email VerificationHi @eshkaflex,
I apologize for the confusion on our side. We don’t have email verification, but we have Moderated registration. You can check the user’s profile and approve or reject it. You can also setup notifications to approve those accounts. You can activate it by going to tickets – settings – registration tab and in the registration section, choose the moderated registrations. Then, you will see the moderate registration tab. You can set up the email notifications and pending user role when created.
You can also setup custom login pages that have email verification processes. Once chosen, you can choose the login page by going to tickets – settings – advanced tab and choose your login/registration page.
Best Regards.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] status on pageHi @ianmcguinness,
Jumping here, and I apologize for the confusion. We have the report widgets add-on for seeing live counters of tickets on your WordPress dashboard:
Feel free to test it on our demo site from my colleague’s last reply. For more pre-sales questions, please contact us here:

Thanks.
Hi @cedriccharles,
The most I could do in these scenarios (as is this an specific request) is to let you know that the key fields needed to create a ticket are:
– Subject
– Description
– email address of the requesterYou would need to check if you want this for existing users or if you need to create users automatically, you would need to create custom code.
Thanks.
Hi,
I am marking this ticket as solved due to inactivity. Any questions you have, please let us know.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] DO NOT INSTALLHi @mshallop,
I apologize for this experience. I wanted to clarify some points:
1- Please explain when you say BP so that I can replicate the issues and diagnose properly The more descriptive the information you share us, the better will be for replicating/troubleshooting. Each website is unique. Is this related with BBPress or BuddyPress? You can check our incompatible plugins list here:
2- Did you contact us in the premium support ticket? You can share me the id so that I can investigate deeply.
We also have a contact form for other topics and also proper routing:
3- Did you use custom code when integrating? If so, we are not able to offer support as it will be very difficult for us to replicate and analize the code changes.
4- For the data cleanup. it is a feature used from other plugins like BbPress as well: you need to use the plugin to delete the data stored and then uninstall the plugin.
5- There have been several WordPress moderators who have been helping moderating in the multiple reviews users, and we are in contact in WordPress regarding present and future plans, so they are aware about our efforts.
6- We are planning to release an update soon, and we continuously test that our plugin and our add-ons (more than 40 add-ons) are compatible with the latest versions of WordPress.
7- Our products are not overpriced and offer the right features for the right price, and we even offer discounts for bundles. We also offer a demo site where everybody can go and test our add-ons and we even setup custom test sites before they take the decison for getting the add-ons/bundles:
Hi @cedriccharles,
Tickets use a custom type called ticket, so you would need to “map” those fields and create a ticket. We currently have an integration with Gravity Forms that you might be interested and does what you need (it does not work with Ninja Forms):
If you are more interested in this, you can fill in the form below:
Best Regards.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Problem with LoginHi @eshkaflex,
Could you check that the user that is trying to login has the support user capabilities? This happened to me once in the past and it might be the same case. Please check the Support User capabilities for existing users:
Best Regards.
