Ticket reply editor not showing

Hello Dear Support,
i newly installed Awesome Ticket support but i am facing an issue that is when any user submit new ticket its showing me in admin panel and when i click on that ticket to see what user wrote and try to reply that ticket its showing me only ticket title, i mean its not showing me ticket content and also not showing me area to write reply.
