We currently don’t have that feature.
2- how to open the tickets inside the /my-account/ page in Woocommerce instead of /ticket/ page ?

3- Is it possible when we create a ticket to add this condition:
once we choose the Order ID, it displays us only the products purchased in this order, not the whole product on our website, here is a schema if it’s not clear.
We don’t have that feature, but I can ask for a quote to the developers if you are interested.
4- as you can see in the video above, the plugin is not fully mobile responsive, how we can make it responsive?

Intenta desactivar los plugins uno por uno y cambiar tu tema a uno por defecto de WordPress y dime si el problema persiste, el último que desactives y resuelva el problema, es el plugin con el que genera conflicto. También, me puedes enviar el URL de tu sitio y una captura de pantalla donde se vea el campo de descripción no editable?

Could you share me some screenshots of where the issue is and the URL of the site? Does it happen in the back end or in the front end? I activated both plugins on PHP 7.4 version and I could see the drop-down on the ticket submission page in the front end so I would need to further investigate.

The line breaks issue happens in some sites so it is been difficult for us to replicate for us. I was checking in our conversations history and I wanted to test a plugin that helps with the line breaks stripped. I trully apologize if my answer sounded generic, I did not meant to sound that way, but this is reported to be a WordPress issue, and the add-on offers a way to fix it without custom code. I can open an investigation case to the developers to check if there is currently an alternative for this.
