Hi there,
We use Direct POST API which relies on username and password.
Please check transaction variables of the API Call. It requires only username and password.
API Keys is available in another NMI method , 3 Step Redirect:
https://secure.networkmerchants.com/gw/merchants/resources/integration/integration_portal.php#transactions_step_1We dont 3 Step Redirect at the moment.
Hope it clears confusion, why there is only username and password option built in.

Plugin uses Direct Post API and shows inline credit cards. So billing, shipping and credit cards are all entered on WooCommerce Checkout page.
You dont need to redirect to other page to fill out details

Sorry to hear that you had issues with the plugin.
We would be happy to look into this and see why the access to add new theme go disappeared.

Yes, you can create different campaigns for different products or categories or tags and assign different discount values using Rules
