Thank you for the remarks.

As demonstrated via live screen share share session, that when Discounting was set to 20% and campaign as ON , it set SALES PRICE as per campaign value.

When campaign was deactivated, that amount was gone. If Sale Price is set locally that would reflect as Finale does not change any keys in database , it just applies discount dynamically.

When we audited the site and found an old plugin (which hasn’t been updated for 2 years) which would alter the sale price:

1) Gave snapshot of the exact line of code
2) Found and shared a review where user of that plugin also complained about similar issue.

In last one week we have reviewed each and every line of code again and I can responsibly say that we don’t modify sales price fields at all. Finale applies discount dynamically on the fly.

Also for over 1000+ LITE users and over 300+ paid users , if a bug of this nature would have been present it would have long detected and corrected.So it’s an isolated issue.

We take critical feedback very seriously.

Yes, there is a temporary solution. You can comment this code for now.
It was used for removing the query parameters from the URL.
I hope this will resolve your issue and this will be available in next version which probably going to release tomorrow.

Yes, that was a known issue which is already fixed. If you update to latest version, You will able to dismiss that one-time notice.

We took over that project recently and modified the whole code structure.
In next couple of weeks, we will add new features to this plugin, which we found will be useful.

Hello OP5,

Finale doesn’t change any option (sale price, inventory etc) in the database.
That means can’t change product status to draft when the campaign ends.

But we do have an option in PRO version ‘Actions’

We make the product out of stock or hide add to cart button for the frontend only after the campaign ends if respective options are selected.

Note: Actual Product remains in stock but not available for purchase in the frontend.
