In PRO version of Finale, you can bump up the number of sold units to add in a bit of Social Proof when you kickstart the campaign.

Shortcodes are the PRO feature.
In next PRO update which goes out on Tuesday, we shall have this shortcode which will enable you to show products against a campaign.
[finale_campaign_grid campaign_id=”XXXX” products_ids=”XXX,YYY” title=”Deals of the day”]

With over 200+ active LITE users & over 100 + pro users we have a lot of users who are using Finale for PHP version > = 7.0, so we dont suspect that’s an issue at all.
We do see campaign data is coming for countdown as well as inventory bar, and suspect it might be an issue with how it is set up.
To begin with, check if inventory is set ON on this product. Second check if merge tag for available units is set up or not.
