The fact that we are replying in less than 40 mins of your comment does mean that we deeply care about experience about our users.
It could be some sort of plugin conflict on your setup.
We would be happy to take a look into it and resolve anything if it lies at our end.
It would have been ideal if you would have given us fair chance to review the issue before leaving review.

If there is anything which needs rectification it will be done.

Are you creating a custom page builder to build thank you page?
If Yes, we have recently opened up shortcodes for our components. And allowed redirect to a custom page.
You can also set any custom page as thank you page and add widget shortcodes there.
Facebook purchase pixel can be checked in Global settings.
