Hi,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. It’s not the experience we want any WPtouch user to have.
WPtouch will display post-thumbnails when:
1. The post(s) have a featured image assigned to it.
2. Post-thumbnails are enabled in Appearance > Customize > Blog > Post-thumbnailsSo please check that those things are in place, and let us know if the issue persists.
Hi @webplex,
We sincerely apologies for the delay in support times in the month of July. Some of our staff needed to take some time off, so we weren’t able to get back to you as fast as usual. I do see that we got back to you some time ago via the e-mail/ticket you sent us. We would appreciate it if you would consider updating your rating of WPtouch.
Also, we were in the middle of a migration to a different helpdesk system, so some URLs were not accessible temporarily. You can find our knowledgebase at https://support.wptouch.com
Hi Mark,
We apologize for the delay. The month of July we were a bit understaffed, due to some of our staff having to take some time off. So support times were not what they usually are. We appreciate your support over the years, as you’re an early supporter of WPtouch Pro.
We were able to get back to you via the e-mail/ticket you submitted to us. Please let us know if you have any other questions and we’ll do our best to help you, in a timely fashion.
We would also appreciate it if you considered updating your rating of WPtouch. Thank you.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] page not foundHi,
We replied to your e-mail. We’ll keep the conversation there to keep things tidy. Thank you.
Hi,
Images over a certain size will be center aligned. Otherwise you may have an image right aligned, with text on the left, but the text will have to squeeze between the image and the edge of the display.
If you’re keen on right-aligning the image, I would recommend decreasing its size with CSS. To apply this only that page, try:
.page-id-4121 .post-page-content img.aligncenter { width: 100px !important; height: auto !important;Harriet,
We have responded to your e-mail/ticket in our Pro support center. We’ll continue the conversation there. Thank you.
Hi,
Can you deactivate Autoptimize in WordPress to check if that is the culprit? If not, see if another one of the active plugins is causing the issue by briefly deactivating each one at a time. Make sure you’re seeing a ‘fresh’ version of the site and not a cached version when checking for plugin conflicts.
Hi,
The issue looks like it might be caused by Autoptimize. Can you check if that’s the case by clearing its cache completely and refreshing the site on mobile?

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Plugin ConflictApologies, I wasn’t aware the account was asked to stop signatures and didn’t know signatures were not allowed. We’ll stop using them.
David,
In the Customizer, you should see a button that says “Switch to Mobile Theme”. Click on it to preview the mobile theme. You should see its settings there.
However, if you’re running an older version of WPtouch (ver. 3.x) you won’t find any WPtouch settings in the Customizer. Instead, you’ll find the Footer field in the WPtouch admin panel which you can access by clicking on the “WPtouch” link in the left sidebar menu in your WordPress Dashboard.
Hi,
Thank you for the screenshot. The settings on the left side of the screenshot are for the social media links/icons that appear in the footer. The ones in the preview are added by default, they are not customizable at this time.
Regards,
Emilio Rivera

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Plugin ConflictIt looks like the issue is caused by JetPack’s lazy loading module. You can disable it in JetPack, and it should help resolve the issue. However, that will mean you won’t have lazy loading functionality in the desktop theme.
With WPtouch Pro, you can do the following:
1. Disable JetPack’s lazy load
2. Activate the BJ Lazy load plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/bj-lazy-load/
3. Disable the BJ Lazy Load plugin in WPtouch Pro via Settings > Site Compatibility > Active Plugins.
4. The BJ Lazy load plugin will remain active in the desktop theme.- This reply was modified 7 years, 10 months ago by Jan Dembowski.
Hi,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. It sounds like you may be seeing a cached version of the site, if you previously added the Pinterest link in the Pinterest field.
Clear all caches on your mobile device/browser and try again. If the issue persists, please share the URL of the website in question and I’ll gladly take a look.
