wptouch theme confusion woocommerce theme

    Hi I bought the pro version and the woocommerce mobilestore, when I go to the customizer on the theme it states my active them as the twenty seventeen theme that I’m running on my desktop site, so then I go to themes and try to change it to the mobilestore-woocommerce theme, the theme is visably there but with no option to activate it it also says: Version: false and when I go to the live preview it says: The theme directory “mobilestore” does not exist.

    What have I done wrong here?

    I’m also running some advanced options plugin for the wordpress twenty seventeen theme, when this is active the customizer for mobile does not load at all, I have resolved here to disable them while I customise the mobile theme and once done to reactivate them for the desktop theme to look the way I want. Any advice here would be great!
